Who We Are

For close to a century now Mayrand has distinguished itself in the food industry. From a small Montreal neighbourhood grocery store in 1914, it has grown into a large importer and wholesaler with a huge warehouse store, unique in its style and offering and of course, open to all businesses and individual consumers.

Mayrand is an institution serving restaurants, bars, caterers, cafeterias, dairy bars, bakeries, ships, prisons, camps, offices, community organizations and a wide variety of other merchants and businesses as well as the general public.

We have more than 10,000 products including fresh meat and poultry, fresh fish and seafood, fresh fruits and vegetables, more than 1,000 varieties of Québec and European cheeses and other imported products from Italy, the Middle East and Latin America and a wide range of other dry goods, groceries, beverages and supplies…everything you need for your business or your home.

We have a team of butchers that prepare all of our cuts of meat, our sausages and our marinated products, we have fishmongers, produce specialists, deli specialists, grocery specialists and restaurant specialists to ensure that we carry all of the products you need, when you need them and all of course…at wholesale prices.
