Items must be returned to Customer Service at the Mayrand store entrance. Returned items must be brought back new, unused, with their label, in their original packaging and Mayrand invoice, within 30 days of purchase for long-life products. Fresh products must be brought back within 15 days.
The following items are not exchangeable nor refundable: gift cards, products on sale. Refunds are delivered at the product's price when purchased.
The reimbursement conditions are made at the price of the product during its purchase.
The brought-back item and the reason for its return will be reviewed by our experts in the kitchenware and equipment department.
If our experts are not available at the time of your visit, our customer service will accept your item and will keep your details on the merchandise return form.
No refund will be granted without being reviewed by an expert. You will be contacted at the latest by our customer service, the week following your return, for refund terms.
