Return Policy

Return of any product bought at Mayrand

• Items must be new, unused, with their tags, original packaging, and Mayrand receipt.
• Non-perishable products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
• Fresh and frozen products (meat, fish, dairy products, fruits, vegetables, refrigerated and frozen items) are not eligible for return once they have left the store.

The following items are neither exchangeable nor refundable:
• Gift cards
• Cookbooks
• Clearance, last chance, or final sale items

Refunds are issued at the price paid at the time of purchase.

Return of equipment, machines, and kitchenware

The returned item and the reason for return will be reviewed by our kitchenware and equipment specialists.

If our experts are not available at the time of your visit, a team member will record your contact information and follow up with you as soon as possible.
