• Can be kept cool for a few days or 1 to 2 days at room temperature but away from apples or a heat source which could cause it to mature prematurely
• To be eaten plain, in guacamole sauce or as an accompaniment to a salad
• Goes well with pomelo, shrimp or feta cheese
