Les Rescapés is the fruit of a project lead by La Transformerie, a nonprofit organization that raises awareness about food waste and reduces it by proposing ways for grocery stores and fruit stores to salvage their unbought produce.

• Made by hand in Rosemont-La-Petite-Patrie in Montreal from fruits and vegetables recuperated from grocery stores, with the goal of reducing food waste.
