Les Rescapés is the fruit of a project lead by La Transformerie, a nonprofit organization that raises awareness about food waste and reduces it by proposing ways for grocery stores and fruit stores to salvage their unbought produce.

• Made by hand in Rosement-La-Petite-Patrie in Montreal from fruits recuperated from grocery stores, with the goal of reducing food waste.
• Ingredients : Mango, sugar, water, lime juice, ginger, pectin and spices.
• Format : 250 ml

How to appreciate it?

• Top with sautéed tofu, a spring roll or to coat baked salmon.
• In plain yogurt or with a white chocolate dessert.
