Les Rescapés is the fruit of a project lead by La Transformerie, a nonprofit organization that raises awareness about food waste and reduces it by proposing ways for grocery stores and fruit stores to salvage their unbought produce.

• Made by hand in Rosement-La-Petite-Patrie in Montreal from fruits recuperated from grocery stores, with the goal of reducing food waste.
• Ingredients: Wild Berries Mix ( raspberries, and blueberries), Sugar, Water, Lemon Juice, Pectin and Cinnamon
• Pairs with roaster red beetroot, Smoked duck or Pâté
