Les Rescapés is the fruit of a project lead by La Transformerie, a nonprofit organization that raises awareness about food waste and reduces it by proposing ways for grocery stores and fruit stores to salvage their unbought produce.

• Made by hand in Rosement-La-Petite-Patrie in Montreal from fruits recuperated from grocery stores, with the goal of reducing food waste.
• Ingredients : Pear, sugar, water, lemon juice, ginger and pectin.

• Format : 250 ml

How to appreciate it?

• Serve with goat cheese or roasted parsnips.
• Delicious in an oatmeal, with granola or to garnish an almond croissant.
