Organic farm cheese made from cow's milk. Matured for 60 to 90 days.

Copper-coloured washed rind, and melting semi-soft paste with butter and hazelnut aromas.

Organic pink pepper seeds are integrated into the centre of the cheese, which give off their fragrance when heated.
