As part of a Court-supervised process, Empire Company Limited, through Sobeys Inc., has entered into an agreement to acquire Mayrand Food Depot. The transaction is in the process of being finalized and remains subject to court approval and regulatory approvals.
This transaction will allow Mayrand to continue serving its customers while benefiting from the scale, expertise, and capabilities of a leading food retail and distribution organization.

Our four locations — Anjou, Laval, Brossard and Saint-Jérôme — remain open and continue to welcome you as usual.
