Created in 2007, this cheese offers a blend of plant aromas, mushrooms, moist woods, cut grass and a farmer touch. On its natural crust, a white and gray flora creates a rustic appearance. Inside its cubic shape, its marbled paste is soft, slightly granular and melting.
