Canotier de l'Isle requires a maturing period of 9 to 12 months. Under its fine rind with ochre tints, the ivory paste reveals very typical hazelnut tastes, with beautiful fruity notes and cream.
The Canotier de l'Isle was created in 2012 to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the Fromagerie de l'Île-aux-Grues and in tribute to its founders.
