Farm cheese made from pasteurized cow's milk. Firm cheese matured between 3 and 8 months on wooden boards. A cheese with a melting texture, which offers floral, almond, and fruit aromas.
The name Chemin Hatley comes from a road that was used by stagecoaches on their journey between Quebec and Boston. The La Station cheese factory is now located along this road.
