Farm cheese made from pasteurized cow's milk. Its firm paste matured between 3 and 8 months on wooden boards offers a paste with a melting texture and floral, almond and fruit aromas.

History

The name Chemin Hatley comes from a road used by stagecoaches on their journey between Quebec City and Boston. The cheese factory is located along this road.
