Pasteurized cow's milk cheese. Firm uncooked pressed cheese.

The cows of the Landgeod Kaamps farm, in the Netherlands, are fed with some clover, which gives the milk a natural sweetness. It is matured in a cellar with a special atmosphere. Canadian Maple Whisky is poured into the cheese during the molding process and it is also regularly rubbed with this alcohol during its maturation.

Maple flavor with a subtle taste of alcohol and a slightly acidic finish.
