Cheese made from unpasteurized cow's milk. Fine rind with ochre tints. Ivory paste reveals very typical hazelnut tastes, with beautiful fruity and creamy notes.
Story
Created in 2012 to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the Fromagerie de l'Île-aux-Grues and in tribute to its founders.
